+ Could not fault Cham Villas at all !
We have just returned from 5 nights at Cham Villas and thought it was absolutely excellent. Having spent a hectice few days in Cambodia and Saigon it was a welcome relief to reach the relaxing and beautiful Cham Villas. The villas are beautiful and I would recommend one on the beach front if you can get one, we managed to move from a garden villa and were so glad as the view is just lovely. The villas are really spaced out so you are not overlooked and you have patio doors which open onto your patio which is a great place for a drink when the sun goes down
The food in the restaurant was fantastic and was the best meal we had at the resort. Breakfast is varied and includes pastries, omelettes, cereal etc.
It was my birthday whilst we were there and my partner organised for us to have dinner on the beach with lobster and champagne, again the service was second to none and it truly was a memorable night.
The private beach is spotless as are the grounds, the staff were brilliant and I would not hesitate to recommend Cham Villas to anyone.
+ The best resort in Mui ne!
We stayed there 14 days and it feels like not enaugh. Very relaxing, so nice grounds, lots of trees and flowers. We liked everything about the hotel.Nothing was negative. The stuff was very nice and helpfull. Special thanks to Mr.Nu. We had a big e-mail conversations before and he was very attentive to all our needs.
Beachfront viila was great, nice views to the sea and gardens, good size, very clean, beautifull bathroom with a window to the small privat garden. Good breakfast and wonderfull spa treatments in the garden spa with a relaxing music... For sure it a best resort in Muine strip, we cheked all of them.
I definitely recommend this resort to enyone!
+ Superb Boutique Hotel in Phan Thiet !
We are a family of 4 (2 teenagers) and stayed at two villas for 7 nights. Very friendly staff, excellent food with an extensive menu, and well maintained grounds and villas made this stay very memorable and enjoyable. If you look for sun, beach, sea and relaxation in Vietnam, this is the place to go. We also enjoyed the kite surfing lessons at the beach and can highly recommend the excursion to the sand dunes (for sunset). Congratulation to the staff, management and owner for creating such a jewel.
+ Mr Nu - Number 1 in customer service !
Eventually I've got round to submitting a review. Better late than never!!! I went to Cham Villas with my wife, and spent 7 nights here prior to going off to Borneo. Absolutely fantastic. I had numerous email conversations with Mr Nu prior to booking, and he sorted me out with a great room. People in the hotel very friendly and happy right down to the woman on reception in fits of laughter because my credit card kept getting rejected. Note, don't try to pay with a pre-paid Visa Electron Card!!! Everyone was doing the usual trips to all the touristy places in the region, but I like to see things a bit more 'every day'. I explained to Mr Nu what I was after, and he did a fantastic trip, which involved going to his local village, to see rice fields, a rice paper mill, a rice factory, and a fish sauce factory. He then took us to a war memorial site with great views and a place of worship which was beautiful. This was rounded off by meeting his family and his young boy, Bao. All this in the old American Jeep.
The beach and pool are nice, The sea, I'd probably avoid, a dead pig went floating past, by all accounts, fairly normal for a dead animal on that coast. If you are lucky enough to head to Vietnam, Cham Villas is a great place to stay.
+ Best Boutique Hotel in Mui Ne !
Our choice in picking Cham Villas was down to the resort being a small boutique resort on the beach with great reviews from previous Trip Advisor guests. We used the resorts car and driver for the “fasten your seat belt - white knuckle “ 4.5 hour trip from Saigon which we safely made both ways!
Our Beach front Villa delivered. Our villa was clean and well appointed with a nice sitting patio out front that provided a nice mix of privacy and great beach views. The A/C and fridge worked wonderfully, the bed comfortable and the free Wi-Fi worked only so so from our villa. The private beach was absolutely great and the perfect spot to escape the beach touts that could from time to time become bothersome. The grounds were absolutely perfectly groomed and gave the small resort a very nice personal touch with a lovely array of plants and flowers.
Location is great. There are a number of shops for groceries and touristy items as well as places offering massages all within walking distance of the resort. Across the road was a seafood restaurant featuring an assortment of seafood items including fresh fish, jumbo prawns and lobsters displayed in ice all waiting for the BBQ. We enjoyed a delicious BBQ’d red snapper one evening.
One of the staff members offered to take us to the local orphanage. We had brought a suitcase of toys and school supplies as well as toiletries etc. with us from home. We would first make a stop in town for cases of milk, yogurt and other groceries including sweets cakes for not only the orphans but the elderly people who live in the building next to the orphans. There is no government care for elderly and orphans in Vietnam and they depend on the generosity of tourists and local people for survival. It was very sad to see such young babies abandoned at birth, yet is was satisfying to be able play with the kids for a short while and to give a little something towards making their life easier, especially when we have so much. This is a great service provided by the hotel.
The breakfast had delicious fresh baked breads and pastries and was one of the highlights of our stay. The German restaurant attached to the resort managed to take our order properly and then never delivered one meal. Always it was coming in five minutes but after one hour we gave up and ate elsewhere. The final night we dined at the hotel restaurant and requested our meal be MSG free. Returning to our room after eating the very delicious Vietnamese meal we were ill all night from the MSG.
The management apologized profusely and sincerely for both errors at their restaurants. Taking into account that trying to get MSG free meals was a problem all through our travels in Vietnam & Cambodia, we do have to keep in mind that the Vietnamese are still learning tourism, English and that MSG is bad for most of us including themselves. It was however still disappointing that they could not honour our request for a no MSG meal.
The rest of the resort and staff was absolutely perfect and without a doubt this may be the best property in Mui Ne, should we ever return to the area Cham Villas would be our first choice. We give this resort a big thumbs up.
